When I start fsAerodata I get an error message that says "Access to the path C:\Users\my name\Documents\fsAerodata Files\settings.xml’ is denied. I click Continue and the Configuration Tool opens. I click Download AIRAC Cycle and a page with info about the product and an ERROR that says “You are not authorized to view this resource”. I can go to the Support drop down menu and Unlock and download the zip file but I don’t remember where to manually copy the files. I don’t know why the Configuration Tool won’t do it automatically. It used to work. I am logged in. I’m using P3Dv4.5.

Re: Unhandeled Exception
to remove the cookies on fsaerodata.com:
-Directly to the left of the URL bar, click on the lock icon.
-Choose "Clear Cookies and Site Data" and the very bottom of the drop down.
Make sure you choose fsaerodata site only, and click Remove.
In parallel, i've enabled an alternative download link to your account; please go to Support->User account and click on the link you'll find under "Alternative AIRAC cycle download link".
Hope it helps,
