I have downloaded AIRAC 2008 and trying to install for P3D v5. When I try to ENABLE v5 I get the following message
This AIRAC cycle does not include a database for Prepar3D v5. Update will be cancelled.
What’s going on here?
Also, if I click install cycle the config tool just hangs there saying installing navigation database please wait.
I have downloaded the AIRAC twice and deleted and reinstalled the config tool version 1.3.05.
Thanks
Mike

Re: P3D v5 Enable Not Working
Hello,
Please check the downloaded cycle is not corrupt:
Filename: FSAD_AIRAC2008.zip
Checksum MD5: 5DBFE4192BD47802F6DF11CB688DF75F
File size: 64927848
Update the database disabling temporarily any antivirus or Windows Defender with the config tool running with administrator rights.
With P3D5, the database must be located under your default documents folder (e.g. C:\Users\Jose\Documents\fsAerodata Files\...). In this case, disable any database active, uninstall the tool, remove the current fsAerodata Files folder, and reinstall config tool and database.
Regards,
